Ilaji Movement and Running School Hosts Performance Seminar for Oyo State Sports Council Coaches

Ilaji Movement and Running School (IMRS) ( The first movement and running school in Africa.) recently hosted an impactful Performance and Movement Seminar with coaches from the Oyo State Sports Council, creating an atmosphere of learning, development, and practical performance education.

The seminar focused on key areas essential to modern athletic development, including performance enhancement, running re-education, movement efficiency, and injury prevention. Coaches were exposed to advanced insights on how movement patterns directly influence athletic performance, speed development, recovery, and long-term injury management.

Through practical demonstrations and interactive sessions, participants gained a deeper understanding of how proper running mechanics, mobility, strength integration, and movement analysis can help athletes perform at their highest level while reducing the risk of recurring injuries.

At IMRS, we believe performance is not just about training harder but training smarter. Our mission is to help athletes, coaches, and individuals understand the science behind movement and unlock their full physical potential through proper education and performance systems.

The seminar also highlighted the numerous benefits of participating in programs at Ilaji Movement and Running School, where athletes and individuals can access professional movement assessment, running analysis, performance coaching, injury prevention strategies, and specialized development programs tailored for all levels.

This seminar marks another important step in our commitment to improving sports performance and movement education within the state and beyond.
